FAQ for Drop shipping T-Shirt Company

Drop shipping is a retail fulfillment method where you don't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when you sell a product on our website, we create the ink transfer and apply it to the desired garment and then ship directly to the customer. We handle the website, product uploads, and shipping, while you focus on directing your followers and customers to the website and your products.

You can create your designs using graphic design software (like Adobe Illustrator or Canva), save them in the preferred format (usually PNG or JPEG), and send them to our company email for approval. We’ll review your designs before they go live.

There are some upfront cost to create an account and upload your designs. $10 per shirt mock up fee applies and you will get to approve the design before it goes live. You earn $5 per item sold and paid out at the start of the following month. And we take care of production and shipping.

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address of the customer and will be included in the final price at checkout. We are taking full responsibility  on this to relieve you of this headache.  It is our responsibility to ensure compliance with your local tax laws and regulations.

We handle all shipping logistics for you. Once an order is placed, it is printed, packaged, and shipped directly to the customer from our facilities. Typically, shipping ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

t the end of each month, your earnings ($5 for each item sold) will be processed and transferred to your designated payment method. Ensure your payment information is correct. Again, Payouts are the following month around the 1st-5th.     A W9 form must be filled out for the income that you receive from your apparel sales.

Our return policy covers defective items but is subject to review. Customers can return items that are defective or not as described. In the case of returns, we’ll guide the customer through the process and handle any necessary exchanges.

Yes! Our platform includes reports that we can send you showcasing the number of items sold, total earnings, and customer feedback.

You can promote your t-shirts through social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, via email marketing, or through your own personal networks. Utilize marketing collateral provided on our site to aid your promotions.
